A large multinational furniture retailer and existing client had a building  in desperate need of a reroof. We presented an opportunity to use a solar installation to pay for the roof and provide returns to the client.

 

We coordinated a successful installation of 80 mil white membrane roofing as well as two types of PV panels: thin film fully adhered PV over nearly half the roof, and ballasted rack systems for the remainder.

This provided Ikea with a highly efficient, cost-effective 5.0mW installation of distributed generation.
